Esther Patt, Coordinator of Tenant Union Programs, will be speaking about the campus housing market, common pitfalls, and the services the Tenant Union provides to help students find good housing and avoid bad landlords and bad leases.

Rhonda Kirts from the Dean of Students Office will answer questions such as; What is the average ACT score of an Illinois student? How much time do students spend sleeping, studying, relaxing? Why do students chose Illinois?

Ben Greco, USFSCO Customer Service Coordinator, will talk to parents about the University of Illinois Billing Office's (USFSCO) services as those services relate to Student Confidentiality, the University Billing Cycle, Payment Options, and Direct Deposit Refunds.

This workshop will help participants understand ways to support children, family members, friends or colleagues who are going through the coming out process as LGBT people. Participants will get basic information about what being LGBT means, explore the fears and risks that LGBT people must confront as they come out, and learn how they can be supportive, straight allies. Resources will be provided as well as plenty of time for questions.
